- No Guarantee of Application or Visa Outcomes: Neither Immigration by Zaid, Crossworld Immigration Group, nor Global Hire Placement Services Inc. can guarantee the approval or positive outcome of any visa, work permit, study permit, or permanent residency application. All official decisions are made solely at the discretion of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), or relevant governmental regulatory bodies.
- Acceptance of Results: By proceeding with our referral services, the candidate explicitly acknowledges and agrees that all application outcomes, processing timelines, approvals, delays, or refusals are determined exclusively by official authorities and must be fully accepted by the candidate.
